Stress Survey
Seed's Stress Survey offers employees an opportunity to gauge their own stress levels and gives employers a reading of overall stress in the workplace. The survey provides participants with a Work Stress Score, a Personal Stress Score and a Stress Management Score. These in turn produce a Combined Work Stress Index for each participant.
As stress can affect people in different ways, we ask participants to consider both work and personal experiences in recording their responses.
The survey provides measurable indications of stress levels for individuals and organisations that can be reassessed over time.
Once the results are analysed, we'll discuss a number of approaches with you - individual and organizational stress management strategies, programmes that encourage work-life balance and employee engagement are just some examples.
Climate Survey
It is vital to have a regular reading on employee satisfaction, but it can be a time-consuming and costly task.
