Seed Employee Assistance Programmes may include:

  • An on-site support service in your workplace to facilitate the resolution of work and personal issues. It is provided by a trained person who is a first point of contact for staff about individual problems.   • An off-site counselling service providing nationwide access to a team of specialist, confidential and independent counsellors and psychologists. Issues affecting workplace performance include relationship difficulties, drug, alcohol or gambling addictions, conflict in the workplace, traumatic incidents or stress.   • Critical Incident Response for immediate assistance after traumatic or critical events. Responders provide independent, on the spot psychological first aid and are mobilised by calling our 7 day, 24 hour response line
      
  • A career coaching service providing nationwide access to a team of specialist, confidential and independent career consultants. Issues affecting workplace performance, career planning and development, conflict in the workplace or
    stress are addressed.
      
  • Training programmes on issues such as managing stress, team communication, resolving conflict
      
  • Mediation and facilitation services to resolve workplace conflict
      
  • Manager helpline to provide advice to managers with EAP and other staff issues
