Seed Employee Assistance Programmes are provided by:
- Professionals experienced in public, private and not-for-profit sectors
- Qualified and registered practitioners with a minimum of three years experience
in their field
- Specially trained mediators, on-site support staff and critical incident responders
Seed has individual memberships of International Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA), the New Zealand Association of Training and Development (NZATD), Australian Critical Incident Stress Association (ACISA) and is a member of the ITIM Network.
