Our conflict resolution services are delivered by staff who are:
- Trained mediators and members of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ) or Leading Edge Alternative Dispute Resolution (LEADR)
- Counsellors and psychologists with memberships of relevant professional associations and experience in conflict resolution
- Experienced trainers and members of the New Zealand Association of Training and Development
Seed has individual memberships of International Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) and is a member of the ITIM Network
