Seed kicks of 2010 with a focus on collaboration...

The New Year is now well upon us with most people fully back into the swing of work with all its joys and tensions.  On top of business as usual, Seed began the year by working with clients to design a series of workshops where Seed’s expertise with people at work is adding a unique perspective to some of the key functional challenges they face.

A successful tender saw us collaborating with the design and development of a series of change workshops for a large public sector organization based on the international ADKAR[1] model. ADKAR has been extensively used, with much success, overseas but is relatively new to New Zealand. The workshops have been trialed and will be rolled out over the next few months.  It is an exciting opportunity to introduce a proven, simple and elegant approach to handling change in complex organisations.

Following that it was on to the design and delivery of a series of one-hour workshops for another national organisation that needed - the same workshop delivered to all staff at the same time on the same day in 20-plus sites throughout New Zealand!

Whatever the key issues facing your workplace – dealing with difficult customers, emergency management planning, stress, health and mental wellbeing, bullying or something else, and whatever approach you need – one site, many sites, staggered or simultaneous delivery, we’ve got the experience to help.

As the holidays feel like more and more of a distant memory and the pressures of work-life settle in, now is a great time to continue investing in both your organisation and your staff.

If your workplace could benefit from something similar, contact us. We’d be more than happy to talk with you about how we can help meet your needs.
